Hi, I’m Naomi — a wife, mama of five, and Christian parenting coach who knows what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, reactive, and unsure how to respond to my kid’s emotional overwhelm. For years, I wanted to parent differently than the way I was raised, but I didn’t know how. Through my own healing journey, God began teaching me how to move from control and chaos into becoming a calm, joyful parent, knowing how to help my kids handle their big emotions and handling my own as well.  Now I help other Christian parents do the same—parenting from a place of peace, grace, and grounded presence. I am here to support and guide you as you create a joy-filled home rooted in God’s love, where your children feel safe, seen, and deeply known.

If you’re ready to parent with peace instead of stress, to respond with grace instead of frustration, and to build a home filled with connection, joy, and the presence of God—this podcast is for you. Let’s go deep to grow strong together!

As a Christian mama, you long for your children to truly know Jesus for themselves — not out of pressure, fear, or forced obedience, but because they are drawn by His love.
In today’s episode, we’re talking about what it really looks like to raise kids who love Jesus. Not through rules first. Not through fear. But through modeling a genuine, life-giving relationship with Him in our everyday motherhood.
If you’ve ever prayed, “Lord, create in my children a desire for You,” this episode will gently remind your heart that Jesus longs for that even more than you do.
Inside this episode, we talk about:• How to model a personal relationship with Jesus in front of your kids• Why love — not rules — is the foundation of spiritual growth• What Mary and Martha teach us about motherhood and intimacy with Christ• Setting life-giving boundaries around your time with Jesus• Releasing pressure and resting in His love as you parent
You are not alone in raising little Jesus-followers. The Holy Spirit is at work in your home — and in you.

In the middle of motherhood—the noise, the needs, the constant giving—it can be easy to lose sight of love.
Not just how deeply we love our children… but how deeply we are loved.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, touched out, reactive, or unsure of yourself lately, this episode is a gentle reminder for your heart. God’s love for you has not changed. You are not defined by your mistakes, your impatience, or your hardest parenting moments. You are defined by His everlasting love.
In today’s episode, I share a tender reflection on what it means to be loved by God as His daughter—and how remembering that love transforms the way we see ourselves and our children.
If you’re longing for more peace in your parenting and a deeper sense of being anchored in God’s love, this conversation is for you.
Take a deep breath, mama. You are so loved. 🤍

What if the way we listen to our children could transform how we see them?
In this episode, we slow down and explore what it means to listen beyond labels and tune into the heart of our child. Through a simple children’s story and a faith-filled reflection, we talk about how labels—spoken over us or silently held—can shape identity, distort connection, and limit our ability to see our children through God’s eyes.
Together, we reflect on Scripture, the healing heart of Jesus, and the invitation to believe the best—about ourselves and about our kids. This episode is an encouragement for any parent longing to practice gentle parenting rooted in love, grace, and active listening.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in old narratives or found yourself reacting from labels instead of curiosity, this episode is a gentle reminder: our children are deeply loved, fully known, and accepted into the Beloved—and so are we.

Motherhood can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re carrying the weight of nonstop needs, emotional exhaustion, and very little space to rest.
In this episode, I’m sharing a tender, real-life moment from my own home that brought me face-to-face with overwhelm—and with the quiet stories my brain was telling me in that moment. We’ll talk about how our nervous systems respond to stress, how something called confirmation bias can reinforce beliefs like “I’m not enough,” and why that doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. We’ll explore how to meet overwhelm with compassion instead of criticism, how to invite Jesus into the moments that feel too heavy, and how self-care doesn’t have to be elaborate to be deeply healing.
If you’re longing for more peace, understanding, and grace—for yourself and your children—this episode is for you.

What if conflict wasn’t something to fear—but an opportunity to teach lifelong skills?
In this Parenting Tip Tuesday episode, I’m sharing how we can gently guide our children through conflict resolution in developmentally appropriate ways—without yelling, shaming, or expecting maturity before they’re ready. Through a sweet bedtime story from my own home and a simple four-step framework, we’ll talk about how to step in early, support big feelings, hold loving boundaries, and guide meaningful repair.
Conflict resolution is not about quick fixes. It’s about presence, patience, and teaching skills that help our children build deep, lasting relationships—with siblings, friends, and eventually co-workers and spouses.
✨ In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why emotional regulation must come before problem-solving
How naming feelings reduces yelling, hitting, and shutdown
How to hold clear boundaries while staying connected
Why repair—not punishment—is where real learning happens

When our children say “no,” push back, or ignore our requests, it’s easy to label their behavior as disobedience. But what if disobedience is actually an invitation to deeper connection?
In this episode, I share a real-life parenting moment with my five-year-old and explore how defiance often reveals a deeper need for connection, autonomy, and empowerment. Together, we’ll look at how shifting from control to curiosity can transform power struggles into teamwork—and help our children feel seen, capable, and respected.

Parenting peacefully can feel especially hard when I’m exhausted, overwhelmed, or triggered by my child’s behavior. If you’ve ever found yourself snapping or wondering, “Why is this so hard for me?”, you’re not alone.
In this episode, I slow down and return to the heart of gentle parenting through a faith-filled lens. I share a sweet story with my daughter and reflect on the truth that while we grow tired and reactive, God never does. And His way of leading us offers a beautiful blueprint for guiding our children with kindness and connection.
Using Psalm 23, I walk through what gentle, biblical parenting looks like—rooted in safety, soothing, being seen, and support—and address the question of whether gentle parenting aligns with Scripture. This episode is for the mama who longs to stay kind even when she’s tired and who wants to parent from connection rather than control.
In this episode, I share:
Why exhaustion makes gentle parenting feel harder
How Psalm 23 models God’s leadership through safety and support
What biblical discipline looks like when rooted in relationship
How to respond to big emotions without losing yourself
A reminder for your heart:
You are deeply seen by God. You are not failing because this feels hard. Even on the days you mess up, you are still the mama He delights in.
If you’d like support along the way, I offer one-hour parenting support sessions via Zoom. You can book your session HERE.
You don’t have to do this alone. 💛

Watching your child hurt another child can stir up so much fear and shame in our hearts. We worry about who they’re becoming and wonder where we went wrong. In this Parenting Tip Tuesday episode, I want to gently remind you that challenging behavior is not a character flaw—it’s communication.
In today’s episode, I walk you through how I approach moments when a child is picking on others (or being picked on) with curiosity instead of panic or punishment. We’ll explore what may be going on beneath the surface, what your child might be feeling or needing but doesn’t yet have words for, and how we can support them in learning healthier, more connecting skills over time.
We talk about:
Why bullying behavior often comes from fear, insecurity, or unmet needs
How to meet your child’s heart, mind, and body needs without shame
Simple ways to build empathy and perspective-taking
Why learning to ask—and receive a “no”—is such an important life skill
How to hold compassion for your child while teaching better tools
Above all, I want you to walk away knowing this:Your child is doing the best they can with the tools they have—and so are you. Their struggles do not make them a bad kid, and they do not make you a bad mom.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to support your child in these moments, I would love to walk alongside you. You can book a one-hour parenting support call with me where we’ll talk through your unique situation and create a gentle, practical plan that fits your child and your family.
